Ah, summer! Fun, bright, noisy, colorful! How both kids and adults were waiting for him! Even though June showed its character this year - it turned out to be cold and rainy, but we did not lose heart. How could it be otherwise - after all, in the summer, all the most interesting, educational, unique things happen.

The head of the kindergarten N.V. Andreeva (the author of these lines), the senior teacher O.N. Ignatova and the teachers of kindergarten No. 4 developed a plan for summer recreational work, in which, in accordance with the federal state educational standard, the tasks of cognitive, artistic, aesthetic, speech, physical, social and communicative development of children.

According to tradition, summer began with a fun holiday dedicated to Children's Day . Children and adults went on a trip to the Land of Childhood. They were accompanied everywhere by the cheerful pranksters Alice the Fox and Basilio the Cat. All the kindergarten students, both small and large, danced in a general circle. The elders helped the kids dance, feel confident and free in a large group. All day long there were songs about carefree childhood, friendship, about boys and girls, beloved teachers, jokes were heard, ringing laughter was heard, and interesting games were played. An asphalt drawing competition was held at the kindergarten site. All the children produced wonderful drawings depicting the bright sun, blue sky, summer, sea, river, flowers, boats... Each child received a balloon as a gift.

It's interesting for kids to watch this process. Therefore, the teachers decided to hold an unusual holiday - Dandelion's birthday . The children played, experimented, blew out small fluffs and watched as they scattered and fell to the ground. Light “butterflies”—girls—were circling around. It turned out that preschool children know a lot about the wonderful flower: “The dandelion is yellow. He looks like the sun. Dandelion always turns towards the sun. At night the dandelion closes its petals, and in the morning it opens. Preschoolers remembered the symbols of our country - the Flag, the Coat of Arms, the Anthem. Our children are proud of their great country. They know well that the three colors of the Russian tricolor mean peace, faith and valor of Russian soldiers. A video presentation “Our Russia” was prepared for children. On the big screen the guys saw a portrait of V.V. Putin, the Kremlin, where the president works. The students said that the symbols of Russia can be seen at government institutions, city streets, and sports competitions; There are white-blue-red flags on the building of our kindergarten, on the buildings of the administration of the city of Staritsa and the Staritsky district, the Novo-Yamsk school where they will go to study, and the district House of Culture. She told the preschoolers about the causes of fires in everyday life, precautions and rules of conduct in case of fire. The students prepared for this meeting - they learned poems and songs on this topic, remembered that they cannot take matches, set fire to grass, or turn on a gas stove or iron without asking. They were helped in this by funny characters - Ogonyok and Baba Yaga.

“You remember, friends, that you can’t play with fire!” - the children decided together. For parents of pupils, teachers prepared folders on the topics “Rules of behavior in case of fire”, “Fire-danger”.

This year marks the 135th anniversary of the birth of the great children's writer Korney Ivanovich Chukovsky. The children know and love his fairy tales and poems from early childhood. In kindergarten, special attention was paid to this date. Teachers held conversations with children about the life and work of Chukovsky, taught poetry, and dramatized familiar fairy tales: “The Tsokotukha Fly,” “Aibolit,” “Chicken,” “Fedorino’s Grief” and others. Kindergarten students love and know well the works of children's writers and poets, regularly meet with employees of the Staritsa Central and Novo-Yamsk libraries, choose various books to read, which shapes children's taste, contributes to the acquisition of new knowledge, and develops intelligence.

The holiday called “There is no food more beautiful than simple Russian porridge” turned out to be interesting, educational and fun for the children. Children all over the world eat different porridges for breakfast - semolina, oatmeal, rice, millet, buckwheat. But there are also guys who don’t like porridge and refuse to eat it. Therefore, Grandmother the hostess came to visit the kids and told about the great benefits of porridge, that our ancestors loved porridge very much, ate it with honey and berries. Porridge was considered a real delicacy. Anyone who ate it often became healthy and strong. There is even a Russian proverb about weak and frail people - “I ate little porridge.” The guys remembered a lot of proverbs and sayings. And the grandmother played interesting and educational games with the preschool children: the children identified the ingredients needed to prepare porridge, recognized various cereals, measured their strength with each other - lifted dumbbells, read poetry, and even sang an Ode to Porridge. For the physical education of preschoolers in the 2nd junior group, a “health track” was made, and in the 1st junior group, a physical education corner was equipped (a locker for aids, a rack for balls, various physical education accessories), and didactic aids were made for the development of the respiratory and articulatory apparatus of children.

We thank our parents for their active participation in the life of the kindergarten.

Properly organized summer work with children provides an opportunity not only to have a good rest, but also to plunge into the world of interesting, entertaining, and educational things. Both kids with minimal knowledge about the world around them and those who have been exploring the world for several years find it very interesting in such classes! Creativity occupies a special place in the program of this SUMMER. Since we spend a lot of time in nature, the central idea is to preserve the nature around us. The children receive the basics of environmental education.

In addition, SUMMER is the time when we gain strength, vitamins and health. We are not reinventing the wheel in this area. Walks in the fresh air during the day, outdoor games, healthy eating, friendship with sports. That's the whole secret of a healthy, agile and rosy-cheeked child.

Teachers pay as much attention to each child as he needs to solve any, even the most “unsolvable” issue.

Summer health work is organized according to an approved plan and is aimed at ensuring the protection of the life and health of students, organizing a health-saving regime, preventing morbidity and injury.

The main tasks of work for the summer health period are:

  • implement a system of measures aimed at the health and physical development of children, their moral education, the development of curiosity and cognitive activity, the formation of cultural, hygienic and labor skills;
  • create conditions that ensure the protection of the life and health of children, for independent, creative activities of children on the site;
  • carry out pedagogical and social education of parents on issues of education and health improvement of children in the summer.

Priority areas of work for the summer period:

  • physical education and health work;
  • cultural and leisure activities.

Children spend most of their time outdoors. Reception of children, gymnastics, play activities and other activities are organized in the fresh air. We focus on increasing children’s physical activity through outdoor games, sports entertainment, excursions, and outdoor material. Children willingly work in the flower garden, in the vegetable garden, participate in role-playing games, games with water and sand, theatrical performances are organized, play situations are played out on the playground, and conditions are created to ensure the protection of children’s lives and health. During the period of summer health work, consultations are organized for parents according to the plan on the topic of safe summer holidays for children. Parents were actively involved in the improvement of preschool sites. The floors on the verandas and some of the equipment in the areas were replaced. Our GOAL: to help parents raise capable, smart, healthy and happy children! Our summer programs are educational, fun, active and so different... Our experience shows that SUMMER can and should be spent usefully!

It provides ample opportunities for strengthening the physical, mental and social health of pupils, developing their cognitive, communication, and creative abilities, as well as increasing the information competence of parents in the field of organizing summer holidays for children.

Of course, the best option is to send the child out of town to relatives or to a camp by the sea. But, unfortunately, not all parents have this opportunity, so many children spend the summer in kindergarten .

The work of a kindergarten in the summer is slightly different from other times of the year and is usually called recreational. Children spend much more time in the fresh air, and here it is very important to take full advantage of the summer conditions that are favorable for strengthening children’s health and to ensure that the child gets stronger, gets healthier and hardens, learns to understand and love the amazing, beautiful world of plants and animals. In summer , nature provides great opportunities for the development of cognitive abilities of preschoolers.

Ball games.

Jumping, playing ball, or playing football indoors is prohibited. Playing on the street is dangerous (roadway, cars)

There are often children of different ages on the playground, so active games of more or less “adult”

So more and more children become “limited in their movements”
against their will.
And only in kindergarten on the sports ground in the summer can they really run around under the supervision and guidance of a teacher.
There are a lot of boys in my senior group, they really love ball games. Most of them quickly learn to handle the ball confidently and fluently. One summer day, while out for a walk, I invited them to play football with me. The children were delighted with this offer. What made them happy was not even the process of the game itself, but the fact that the adult was running after the ball just like the kids. Some children immediately dribbled the ball quickly and confidently, while others were afraid to run up close and take it to the side. And here it is important for teachers to “correct the situation”

so that the child does not lose the desire to play this game.
During the games, I noticed that some children use complex elements of dribbling the ball with their feet, while others, observing this, quickly “adopt”
these techniques and become worthy opponents.

The variety of play exercises captivates children so much that they sometimes “forget”

about the time. Having experienced the joy and pleasure of the activity offered to them, preschoolers leave the game with the desire to continue it as soon as possible. This is how a conscious interest and motivation to engage not only in football, but also in physical education in general, is formed. Now football is our favorite game while walking.

Drawing with crayons.

It is much more interesting to draw with children outside. We often take a set of colored crayons with us for a walk and boldly paint the asphalt. Moreover, we draw not only people and pictures, but also study letters, numbers, etc. Girls usually like to play hopscotch and other similar games.

Games with hoop and jump rope.

You can also improve your child’s physical fitness with the help of a hoop and a jump rope. We also use them quite often. We mainly use hoops as a target for throwing bags, and jump ropes for outdoor games and jumping. By the way, mostly boys like to throw bags at a target, and girls like to jump ropes.

Blowing soap bubbles.

All children love soap bubbles - watching, catching, and then blowing the magical iridescent balls on their own. Such entertainment is not only interesting, but also useful for development. When we blow a bubble in front of the children, they learn to focus their eyes first on a stationary object and then on a moving one, and also learn to estimate the size of the object. Children try to grab the bubble - coordination of movements develops, the child estimates the distance to the object. And when children blow bubbles themselves, this is a wonderful breathing exercise that is useful even for adults.

In fact, there are a lot of options for summer games with children, you just need to use your imagination, and every day of summer will be a holiday.

Children need vigorous activity - rushing, rushing, jumping and playing. They get especially great pleasure when adults and children participate in the game. Therefore, parents should encourage interest in sports, and this happens when they themselves are excited about the movement and take part, and do not immediately retreat because they are tired or when it becomes too difficult.

From all of the above, we can conclude that the health of our little people depends entirely on us, on adults. We must and must create all conditions for a healthy lifestyle for our children.
