  1. Regularity – you need to practice every day. Besides, you can’t stop there. In other words, gradually (under the supervision of a doctor) you need to increase the pace and duration of walks.
  2. If the procedure is prescribed to patients undergoing rehabilitation, the pulse should be taken.
  3. It is advisable not to talk during the health path, otherwise your breathing will become difficult.
  4. You cannot climb on a full stomach. After eating, at least an hour should pass.
  5. If the patient is prescribed other manipulations (for example, massage, mud therapy), it is recommended to make an interval of at least 1.5 hours.
  6. For those who are susceptible to increased sensitivity to changes in weather conditions, it is advisable to adjust the time of classes (select those hours when you feel good).
  7. It is important to learn how to breathe correctly. Experts recommend taking short breaths and long exhalations. So, if the first one lasts 2-3 steps, then the last one lasts 4-5 steps.
  8. You need to dress according to the weather.
  9. Those who smoke will have to give up this bad habit during the walk.

    – without heels, with non-slip soles. And the shoe should be comfortable so that it doesn’t rub while walking.
  2. Clothing
    - preferably a sports suit made of breathable fabric. As for outerwear, it is recommended to give preference to one with a zipper and a hood. This will allow you to quickly remove excess clothing if it gets warmer, or pack it down when it gets colder.
  3. Shoulder Pad
    – This backpack can hold a water bottle, phone, and camera.
  4. Special sticks
    serve as additional support and facilitate the moving process.

The little ones will quickly get tired, and besides, the fascinating stories of the teachers will be of little interest to them. As for adults, there are restrictions for them too. Therapeutic walking has the following contraindications:

  • fever;
  • diseases occurring in the acute phase;
  • when organic lesions are in the stage of decompensation;
  • pain of unknown etiology.
