The famous healer Olga Lvovna Kalpashvini (Orlova), who has been practicing hormonal gymnastics in the morning for many years, offers her version of the exercises. In Olga Orlova’s complex there are two more exercises and the movements are slightly modified, but the basic basis of Tibetan exercises remains in its original form. Each stage of the complex is performed 30 times.

Morning exercises by Olga Orlova:

  • We press our palms together above the chest and make rubbing movements.
  • Cover your eyes with your palms and press rhythmically.
  • We perform the same rhythmic pressure on the ears.
  • We tighten the oval of the face. With palms clenched into fists, smooth your face from the chin to the temples.
  • Place your right palm on your forehead and cover it with your left. Massage your forehead with your palms from one ear to the other.
  • Longitudinal head massage. The palms lie on top of each other, as in step 5. We move from the forehead to the back of the head 30 times, at the end we hold our palms for 10-15 seconds above the crown.
  • Transverse head massage. Now we make the same movements as in step 6, only from ear to ear through the crown area.
  • We massage the thyroid gland. We place our palms on top of each other and move them from the throat to the navel the prescribed number of times, then we leave our hands on the neck in the area of ​​the thyroid gland for 10-15 seconds.
  • Abdominal massage. We massage the abdomen clockwise with joined palms.
  • Limb massage. First, we raise our arms above ourselves, rotate our wrists, then shake our arms. We do the same with the legs.
  • Foot massage with palms. We massage and rub the feet; if there are painful points, we dwell on them longer.
  • Foot massage. Smooth and rub your legs with your palms from the feet to the hip joints.

Olga Orlova’s gymnastics are performed according to the same rules as the standard version of the Tibetan warm-up - every morning, without getting out of bed. After charging, it is advisable to drink liquid.

What are the benefits of Tibetan gymnastics in bed?

You massage biologically active points. They stimulate hormonal restoration.

The main advantage of classes is that the body begins to rejuvenate. All thanks to the fact that organs and systems will be in normal condition.

After just a few months of daily exercise, you can achieve the following results:

  • How to do it

    To achieve healing and rejuvenation of the body, you need to follow the rules. The main thing is to do gymnastics before 6 am.

    At this time, the body is especially receptive to favorable energy flows. You can start exercising without leaving your bed if the surface is hard enough. Alternatively, sit on the floor with a cushion under your head.

    Another rule is to do exercises every day, unless there are medical contraindications. During the training period you will have to give up all bad habits.

    All exercises are performed in strict sequence. Their number varies from 7 to 17 different movements. Among the main ones the following can be noted:

    1. Start massaging one palm with the other as soon as you wake up.
    2. Using rubbed palms, lightly press on the eyeballs. Do 30 reps.
    3. Cover your ears with your palms and gently press on them. Do 30 reps.
    4. Cover your forehead with your palms, placing them one on top of the other. Do gentle rubbing of the skin.
    5. Massage the crown, moving from it to the back of the head.
    6. Cover the thyroid gland with your right hand and place your left on it. Make circular movements with your hands. Repeat 30 times.
    7. Place your palms on your stomach, one on top and the other below. Make circular movements with your hands in different directions.
    8. Lie on your back and raise your arms and legs up. Rotate your palms and feet.
    9. Rub your feet to activate points that regulate the functioning of most body systems.

    Possible contraindications

    There are practically no contraindications for such gymnastics. This is what its author himself claims. But still, you shouldn’t do it if:

    • you have a high temperature;
    • severe weakness;
    • very high or low blood pressure;
    • there are acute inflammatory processes;
    • there is an oncological tumor;
    • you are recovering from strokes, injuries, heart attacks, after operations, childbirth, cesarean section.

    In any case, it is highly advisable to consult a doctor if you have even the slightest doubt about your health.

    A set of exercises for health

    Exercises of the Tibetan complex are performed in bed. The best time is in the morning, after waking up. Gymnastics takes about half an hour, helps the body wake up, sets it up for work and fills it with energy.

    With systematic implementation of the complex, immunity increases, chronic diseases go away, joint mobility returns without pain, and blood pressure decreases.
